The Codice del Turismo (Tourism Code – titolo 1, capo 1, art. 6) establishes that “tourism careers are those activities concerning the provision of promotional services of tourism activities, as well as hospitality, assistance, tour leading and guiding services, intended to provide tourists the best possible fruition of the journey or the vacation, even in terms of the awareness of the visited places.”
