The Italian Minister of Tourism Massimo Garavaglia has congratulated Zurab Pololikashvili on his confirmation as secretary of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO). “It is a choice that offers new perspectives to the United Nations body in the wake of continuity,” the minister commented.
The election took place yesterday at the 24th UNWTO General Assembly.
